General conditions at Ciasa Sunara in Colfosco

• A local tourist tax of €2.30 per person per day is not included in the listed price. This tax will be charged separately on your final invoice and should be paid at check-out. Children under 14 are exempt from this tax.
• Your booking will only be considered final once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total amount and sent you written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to the following account:

• On site, we accept payments in cash or by debit or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Please settle your bill the day before you leave.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will be retained.
In the event of a late arrival, an early departure or a failure to arrive, the full cost of the entire stay will be charged.
Additional cancellation terms:

• Up to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
• From 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

• Apartments are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Please inform us in case of a late arrival.

As unexpected events can occur, we strongly advise our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid incurring additional costs. Any charges will be covered by the insurance.
